As a strategic partner embedded with one of the nation's leading grocery brands, you'll oversee multi-site capital programs, store remodels, and optimization initiatives across the U.S. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior client leadership while leading project teams responsible for planning, execution, budgeting, and delivery.

Location:

Remote based, with 30% to 40% travel to client meetings and project sites nationwide.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead multi-site retail and grocery construction programs from planning through execution Partner with senior client stakeholders to establish program strategy, budgets, schedules, and priorities Oversee financial performance, forecasting, contract administration, and risk management Manage and develop project teams while driving accountability and execution excellence Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and vendors Identify opportunities to improve program performance and expand client partnerships

Qualifications:

Pay & Benefits:

The anticipated compensation range for the position is $130,000 - $160,000, is based on a full-time schedule, market and business conditions, and is commensurate on individual education, qualifications, and experience.
