In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for retail, along with the ability to manage a team effectively while maintaining a positive work environment. Responsibilities Assist in managing store operations, including inventory management and merchandising. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate cash register operations. Train and develop new employees through effective orientation and ongoing training programs. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve store goals. Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures while promoting a safe work environment. Collaborate with the Store Manager on employee scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed. Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and make informed decisions. Qualifications Previous experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in cash register operations, POS systems, and cash handling procedures. Strong understanding of sales management principles and retail math. Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus. Demonstrated ability to train and develop staff effectively. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail. Should have a strong work ethic, professional, and self-motivated. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
