Job Description

7:00AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday with occasional weekends and evenings. Supervises staff and upholds regular communications with F&N ordering and production staff to ensure proper inventories and food production. Assist with requisitions and daily ordering. Upholds F&N and SRH policies and procedures. Upholds safety, DHEC/DNV and all other regulatory agencies standards, ensures the same of team members. Ensures team members have appropriate equipment and supplies. Stay abreast of market trends and customer/patient expectations. Upholds high standards of quality, customer service, service recovery. Supports applicable PI. Ensures equipment is kept in excellent working condition and facility is kept in good repair. Performs any other functions as outlined by Retail Sales Manager or Department Director. Supervises registers, cashiers, and the cash handling systems. Special Qualifications Position requires a minimum of three years previous foodservice experience in a retail setting with team member supervision. Must possess excellent oral and written communication and people skills, a strong commitment to customer service, the ability to manage and appropriately prioritize multiple assignments, to work under pressure and handle challenging situations. Supervisor must be PC literate and the ability to learn new computer programs quickly, as well as the ability to adapt to a changing environment. Strong computer, analytical, mathematical, and interpersonal and communication skills are required. Prior business background is preferred.
