IGA Southeast is seeking a Grocery Manager to lead daily store operations, ensure fresh, well-stocked departments, and deliver exceptional hometown service. In this role, you will oversee inventory, merchandising, and ordering; monitor sales and shrink; and maintain clean, safe, and appealing aisles. You'll schedule, train, and coach team members, promote friendly, reliable customer service, and resolve issues on the sales floor. The Grocery Manager partners with store leadership to meet profit and labor goals, supports community engagement events, and upholds company standards, policies, and food safety regulations in a family-oriented environment.
