Job Description

Casual Furniture World- North Myrtle Beach is hiring! We are seeking individuals who want to move into leadership and are willing to earn it. This role is structured as either a Store Manager in Training (MIT) or a Fast Track to Assistant Retail Store Manager , depending on experience. For the right person, this is a fast track into management with a clear path to store operator within ~24 months . That path is real—but it is earned through performance, consistency, and the ability to lead and deliver results. Key Responsibilities Deliver a high-level customer experience in a premium outdoor living environment Execute the sales process with discipline (closing, margin, follow-through) Learn our products, design approach, and systems at a high level Take ownership of results—both personal and store performance Lead by example with energy, accountability, and standards Assist in coaching and developing team members (Assistant Manager track) What We're Looking For Energetic Positive Attitude Entrepreneurial Spirit Strong ownership mentality and work ethic High standards for execution and attention to detail Team-first mindset with the ability to hold others accountable Comfortable in a performance-driven environment Desire to grow into a store leadership role What This Is Not Not a low-effort retail job Not a "learn at your own pace" role Not for someone who avoids accountability What We Offer Clear, performance-based path into leadership Hands-on coaching (from an industry veteran) and real responsibility early Opportunity to advance into a store operator role within ~24 months A team culture built on accountability, execution, and continuous improvement Competitive compensation and benefits: We reward your dedication and talent with a comprehensive benefits package and an attractive commission pay structure. With our base salary + commission compensation plan, your income is based on your attitude, skill and effort. The average income range for this role is $60,000-$100,000/year.
Schedule:
We provide a 5-day weekly schedule that will typically include 3 weekends a month and business hours until 6:00 PM. We are open on most major retail holidays and are closed on New Year's Day, Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
