Job Description

Assistant Store Manager
ELIETIAN
Outlet is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Assistant Store Manager to help us create an exceptional shopping experience while supporting our growing boutique.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pack and ship customer orders with attention to detail and presentation Receive, organize, and maintain inventory Engage on social media by creating content, responding to comments and messages, and promoting products and store events Build relationships within the local community through outreach efforts, partnerships, and events to drive traffic to the store Handle day-to-day operations and assist customers in-store, providing outstanding customer service Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom
What We're Looking For:
Highly detail-oriented and organized Comfortable using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills Self-starter, self-motivated and able to take initiative Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Passion for fashion, retail, and connecting with the local community This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of behind-the-scenes operations and creative community engagement and wants to help grow a locally owned boutique.
