Under the direction of the President, the Division Manager will be focused on market growth of current product and service sales as well as developing and expanding future products and services.

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

Oversee daily business operations Create and manage budgets Control all employment conditions to be safe for employees, customers, and the public Manage all facets of the business to achieve an acceptable profit Analyze accounting and financial data Train, monitor and motivate staff Develop strategic plans and communicate business goals Improve administration processes Identify business opportunities Ensure good customer service and enhance efficiency Evaluate performance and productivity Research and identify growth opportunities Enhance the organization's image and meet overall growth objectives Maintain the organization's good standing in the community Possess a driver's license with a clean driving record Other duties as assigned
