Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Supervise staff scheduling, shift management, and employee orientation to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours. Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing candidates and onboarding new team members. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, store policies, and operational procedures at all times. Skills Strong leadership skills with proven experience in retail store management or assistant manager roles. Excellent communication skills for effective managerial communication and team supervision. Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and basic math for cash handling and sales calculations.. Knowledge of retail industry sales techniques including merchandising, stocking, marketing, and customer service excellence. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with convenience store or retail industry-specific practices is advantageous.
