Ellsworth Express Shift Manager (Retail/Gas) United States - South Dakota - Ellsworth AFB Regular Full Time Job Description hift Manager, starting wage of $20.60hr. of Exchange Express at Ellsworth. Duties include, operations assisting in planning, managing and dealing with merchandising, selling, stocking, promoting and reordering of goods. Assists in establishing financial goals to maximize sales, profit, SSR, productivity, turns and inventory. Maintains compliance, as applicable, in loss prevention, accounting, money transfers, internal controls, environmental issues and EPA/environmental agencies/organizations policies, procedures, rules and regulations.

Store hours from:

Mon - Fri 0530 - 2100, Sat/Sun 0800-2100.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Previous retail supervisory experience preferred Able to lead teams to meet organizational objectives Able to learn and adapt to current technology needs Able to think quickly on the spot to answer customer questions Able to take initiative Excellent attention to detail Excellent communication skills Able to share brand knowledge Willing to cross-train and work in other areas of the store, as needed Must possess a welcoming and helpful attitude toward customers and other team members

Starting wage of $20.60hr. Flexible Full-time availability needed, rotating weekends. Closing shift availability required.
