Position Summary The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in leading the daily operations of the coffeehouse while creating an exceptional customer experience. This role helps build and develop a positive, high-performing team, ensures operational excellence, and maintains Scooter's Coffee standards in quality, cleanliness, speed, and hospitality. The Assistant Store Manager serves as a role model by leading with a positive attitude, coaching team members, and stepping into leadership whenever the Store Manager is unavailable.
