Weeknight Center Supervisor Schedule:
Full-Time, Weeknights NHC HealthCare Dickson is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Weeknight Center Supervisor to join our leadership team. The Weeknight Center Supervisor provides clinical leadership and oversight during assigned evening and overnight shifts. This position helps ensure that patients receive high-quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders, established care plans, company policies, and state and federal regulations. The RN Weeknight Center Supervisor will support nursing partners, assist with clinical decisions, respond to changes in patient conditions, and help maintain a safe, organized, and supportive environment for patients, families, and team members. We are looking for a dependable nursing leader who is committed to supporting patients and helping our team provide excellent care. Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision and leadership to nursing partners during assigned weeknight shifts.
  • Monitor patient care and help ensure that nursing services are provided according to physician orders and individualized care plans.
  • Assess changes in patient conditions and ensure appropriate interventions and notifications are completed.
  • Assist nursing partners with clinical questions, procedures, emergencies, and patient-care concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, nursing leadership, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
  • Help ensure accurate and timely nursing documentation.
  • Support staffing needs and help coordinate assignments based on patient acuity and center needs.
  • Promote compliance with infection-prevention practices, safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and other clinical processes as needed.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to nursing partners throughout the shift.
  • Help maintain a positive, professional, and patient-centered work environment. Qualifications
  • Must be a Registered Nurse with an active license in the state of Tennessee.
  • Nursing experience is required.
  • Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Must possess strong knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, documentation standards, and patient and family education.
  • Must demonstrate effective leadership, communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills.
  • Must be able to respond calmly and appropriately to changes in patient conditions and emergency situations. Benefits and Perks
