638, Lexington, TN, 38351 Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at our Lexington, TN location. The ideal candidate will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance. Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager in managing store operations and staff. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Support inventory management, including stock replenishment and loss prevention. Help train, motivate, and develop store employees. Maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist in achieving sales goals and operational targets. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager or similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of retail management software and POS systems is a plus.
