Growing company looking for a multi-unit leader. We are looking for a team builder! We want someone to execute our performance management process and standards to create and maintain meaningful relationships with direct reports, and ultimately build a bench of future leaders. We are looking for the following skills and abilities: Multi-unit leadership experience Passion for learning and self-development Positive, motivational, and adaptable management style Ability to apply company business strategies for revenue growth. Ability to recruit, identify, hire, and retain stellar manager level candidates. Consistent and effective communication skills Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. Ability to implement food preparation, safety, and sanitation practices. Ability to control food costs and labor with P&L understanding in order to drive bottom line profit. Ability to clearly communicate and implement company processes and procedures to management teams. Identify team weak points and implement corrective actions to identify, address and resolve issues. Strong coaching and management development style with the ability to engage, motivate, and inspire company passion. Ability to build great management teams and ensure alignment within the entire company. Conduct health, sanitation, and safety process evaluations to remedy any violations immediately. Ability to self-manage time resulting in impactful store visits. Ensure all admin work is being met, Understanding key performance indicators and the ability to coach managers into running effective metrics. Detail oriented with strong data analytical skills. Improve staff retention by creating specific action plans around development and accountability. Full accountability for all operational results, training, development, and system implementation Providing and maintaining a good culture environment for each store.
