Shift Lead Job Description The Shift Lead is responsible for supervising store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining operational standards, and supporting team members. The Shift Lead serves as the acting leader when management is not present and is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support Store Associates during assigned shifts. Ensure all customers receive prompt and professional service. Open and close the store according to company procedures. Verify cash drawer accuracy and assist with shift reconciliations. Ensure cleaning, stocking, and operational tasks are completed. Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally. Enforce company policies and safety standards. Assist in training and coaching team members. Report operational issues, maintenance needs, and security concerns to management.
