Job Description

Overview We are seeking a responsible, proactive, and energetic Store Manager to lead daily operations at Pizza Deprizza. This role requires a strong leader with an excellent attitude who can motivate staff, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure the store runs efficiently. The Store Manager will be responsible for supervising and guiding team members, maintaining a positive and productive work environment, and handling customer interactions with professionalism and patience. A key part of the role is minimizing losses by closely monitoring operations, managing inventory, and ensuring proper procedures are followed. Daily responsibilities include conducting inventory counts, overseeing store opening and closing procedures, and ensuring all operations meet company standards. The ideal candidate is punctual, highly communicative, organized, and able to stay calm under pressure. We are looking for someone who leads by example, takes initiative, and is committed to both team success and customer satisfaction. Duties Lead and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating performance to promote a high-performing team. Manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow, adherence to policies, and achievement of sales targets. Oversee inventory management, including stock ordering, merchandising, pricing strategies, and inventory control to optimize product availability. Handle customer service issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to boost store traffic and sales growth. Maintain accurate cash handling, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and POS (Point of Sale) system management. Conduct regular store inspections to uphold safety standards, cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company policies. Skills Strong management skills with proven experience in fast food environments. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Proficiency in retail math, sales management, budgeting, and pricing strategies. Demonstrated leadership with supervising experience and team management capabilities. Skilled in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, training & development. Knowledge of inventory management systems, POS technology, cashiering procedures, and stock merchandising. Organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in shift management scenarios. Customer service expertise combined with phone etiquette and marketing acumen. Experience with payroll processing, bookkeeping, cash handling, and administrative tasks. Ability to motivate staff through effective training programs while fostering a positive work environment.
