Management:

Spends majority of time using independent judgment making employment-related and business decisions, or effectively recommending such decisions, including product•and department-related strategies, hiring, promoting, disciplining, suspending, discharging, rewarding, or otherwise engaging in resolving Partner-related matters Develops / trains future leaders in the School of Retail Management (SORM) and School of Retail Leadership (SORL) Trains Partners on proper packaging, displaying / merchandising processes according to department SOPs Plans / coordinates / communicates the Corporate merchandising and marketing plan to the Store plan Prepares work schedules, orders product, controls inventory, monitors department budget and payroll Regularly performs Market Partner duties Sales /

Analytics:

Achieves sales goals by preparing projections / forecasts, managing / reducing costs, and ensuring accuracy of invoices Exhibits passion for product and customer service; drives customer engagement for department Ensures in-stock conditions, wareroom / inventory control Food Safety /
