We are dedicated to exceptional craftsmanship jewelry pieces, jewelry repair, personal service, and helping our clients celebrate life's most meaningful moments. We strive to give accurate information and go the extra mile to be a one stop shop "yes" company for our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team as an extension of ownership and lead our staff with excellence. Position Overview The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading the sales team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience while protecting the values and standards of TTFJ. This position requires prior fine jewelry management experience, strong leadership skills, and an unwavering commitment to the long-term vision of the store. The right candidate will be empowered to act on behalf of ownership —handling staff issues, managing performance, and running day-to-day operations so ownership can focus on strategy and growth. Leadership & Ownership Alignment Serve as an extension of the ownership team, making decisions that reflect ownership's priorities and vision Demonstrate loyalty to ownership by aligning store culture, standards, and performance with long-term business goals Act as a trusted representative of the owners in their absence Staff & Operations Management Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring sales associates and support staff Hold staff accountable to performance standards, policies, and customer service expectations Proactively address staff issues, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive yet disciplined work environment Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage and efficient operations Sales & Customer Experience Lead the sales floor, model consultative selling, and drive revenue growth Ensure every client receives an exceptional, luxury-level experience consistent with the TTFJ reputation Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide coaching to maximize results Business Operations Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation Utilize The Edge POS system for sales, inventory tracking, reporting, special orders, and customer management Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and industry regulations Assist with vendor relations, special orders, repairs, and custom design processes Track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and report performance regularly to ownership Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of fine jewelry experience required Previous management or keyholder experience Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to exceed goals Strong conflict-resolution and people-management skills Excellent communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills High ethical standards, discretion, and alignment with family-owned values GIA education and/or strong fine jewelry product knowledge preferred, understanding of pricing, catalogs, work orders, basic bench work repairs a major plus, Bonus Offer for Licensed Appraisers / Managment Position What We're Looking For We are seeking a true partner to ownership—someone committed to the long-term success of the store who will represent our values with consistency and professionalism. Additional Transparency :
We expect our store managers to maintain strict attention to loss prevention, inventory accuracy, and security procedures.
Availability Expectations:
