You will be the face of our facility—welcoming guests at the front desk and actively monitoring the floor to keep the energy high and the games running smoothly.
This role is ideal for:
High school students (after-school & weekend hours) College students Individuals who enjoy an active, customer-facing environment
Responsibilities Front Desk & Admissions:
Greet guests, process admission tickets, manage check-ins, and handle basic point-of-sale transactions.
Facility Walk-Arounds:
Actively walk the floor to monitor game areas, support players, and ensure guests are having a great time.
Game Orientation:
Explain rules clearly and efficiently to arriving players.
Station Resetting:
Quickly reset and prep game stations between play sessions.
Safety & Cleanliness:
Monitor the facility to ensure safety rules are followed and maintain a clean, organized environment. What We're Looking For Positive attitude, friendly personality, and a welcoming smile for the front desk. Ability to stay active, walk the floor, and remain on your feet throughout your shift. Strong sense of responsibility and reliability. Clear, confident communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Growth Opportunity Opportunity to move into Shift Lead / Manager roles. Gain hands-on experience in operations, guest relations, and team leadership.
