Responsibilities Assist in managing daily operations of the restaurant, including shift management and staff supervision. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant. Oversee food preparation processes to guarantee quality standards are met consistently. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance performance and foster a positive work environment. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock for coffee and other beverages. Utilize POS systems effectively for order processing and cash management. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional strategies that drive sales growth. Qualifications Previous experience in a leadership role within the food service industry, preferably in quick service or casual dining restaurants. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and restaurant operations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Proficient in using POS systems for transaction processing and reporting. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. A passion for coffee and beverage service is a plus.
