Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (Spanish/English) Wireless Retail Store Manager to lead our retail team with enthusiasm and expertise. Duties Lead and supervise retail sales associates, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to maximize team productivity. Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, POS system management, and inventory control. Drive sales through effective merchandising, pricing strategies, and promotional activities aligned with company goals. Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members to build a strong retail workforce that reflects our commitment to excellent customer service. Oversee and take ownership of the location, stock replenishment, inventory management, and efficiently utilizing downtime to maintain optimal store preformance. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards while fostering a positive shopping environment for customers. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly using excellent communication skills and phone etiquette. Qualifications Proven management experience in retail environments, preferably within the wireless or electronics industry. Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required to serve diverse customer needs effectively. Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, commission training, bookkeeping deposit binder, inventory management, POS systems, purchasing, and employee supervision. Demonstrated leadership in retail sales team management with experience in sales management, merchandising, stock control, cash handling, and operational oversight. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of retail math including pricing strategies and bundleing principles. Effective managerial communication skills with experience in training & development and shift management. Familiarity with or sales or phone retail environments is a plus but not required.
