Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Store Manager/assistant manager to oversee daily operations, lead a dedicated team of baristas, and drive the success of our PJ's Coffee location in Euless. As the Store Manager/assistant manager, you are the face of the shop and the leader of our "virtual workforce." You will be responsible for maintaining brand standards, ensuring world-class customer service, and managing the financial health of the store.

Key Responsibilities Team Leadership:

Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team. Create weekly schedules that balance labor costs with peak-hour needs.

Operational Excellence:

Oversee inventory management, ordering, and waste control. Ensure the shop meets all health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Customer Experience:

Maintain a welcoming environment and ensure every guest receives the "Southern Hospitality" PJ's is known for.

Sales & Marketing:

Implement local store marketing initiatives and monitor daily sales trends to meet or exceed revenue goals.

Administrative Management:

Provide regular updates to ownership on store performance.

What We're Looking For Experience:

Minimum 3+ years of management experience in a high-volume coffee shop.

Leadership:

A proven track record of coaching teams and fostering a positive, productive work culture.

Skills:

Strong multitasking abilities, proficiency with square POS system, and basic financial literacy (labor and COGS management).

Availability:

Must have flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays. It is a full-time job offering.
