Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Selling Store Manager to lead our sales team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. This is a commission-only position, offering significant earning potential for a high-performing sales leader.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Provide hands-on training and coaching to sales associates, fostering a high-performance sales culture. Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to drive improvement. Engage with customers, providing expert advice and personalized service to close sales. Oversee the sales floor, ensuring it is well-organized, visually appealing, and stocked with the latest merchandise. Execute sales promotions, events, and marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other store departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent service delivery. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities. Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and provide regular feedback to senior management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or retail industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities. Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales, management, or a related field is a plus.
