Develop Leaders. Drive Growth. Lonestar Kid's Dentistry is seeking a high-level operational leader to oversee and elevate performance across three growing pediatric dental practices in North Texas. We are looking for a strategic, emotionally intelligent, systems-driven leader who can align people, processes, communication, and accountability across multiple locations while helping our organization scale with excellence. What You Will Be Responsible For As Regional Director of Operations, you will partner closely with ownership and practice leadership to improve operational consistency, strengthen team performance, and elevate the patient and parent experience across all locations. Multi-Site Operations Leadership Oversee daily operations across 3 pediatric dental practices Ensure operational consistency, workflow efficiency, and accountability between locations Analyze KPIs, production, collections, scheduling efficiency, treatment acceptance, and patient experience metrics Identify operational gaps and implement measurable solutions Improve systems that support scalability, efficiency, and long-term growth Leadership Development & Accountability Coach practice leaders to improve leadership effectiveness Conduct performance reviews, accountability meetings, and leadership development conversations Build systems that create ownership, clarity, and follow-through Lead through structure, communication, and consistency — not micromanagement Culture & Team Alignment Foster a positive, high-performance culture rooted in accountability and teamwork Strengthen communication between departments, providers, and leadership teams Address operational or interpersonal challenges proactively and professionally Support conflict resolution and de-escalation with team members and patients when necessary Strategic Growth & Execution Partner with ownership on operational initiatives and growth strategies Ensure execution of organizational goals across all locations Create systems that support sustainable growth without sacrificing team morale or patient experience Drive operational excellence while maintaining strong culture and leadership alignment Who We're Looking For This position is ideal for an experienced dental operations leader, regional manager, office manager, practice administrator, or director-level leader who has successfully led teams in a multi-provider or multi-location dental environment.
