Tire Shop Assistant Manager

Tire Store Service Center is looking for a motivated and dependable Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations at our Greenville location. Responsibilities:

Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily shop operations Supervise and assist technicians and service staff as needed Help manage scheduling, workflow, and front desk coordination Ensure quality control and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Assist with inventory management, ordering, and basic reporting Provide support to the team and help maintain workflow in the manager's absence

Requirements:

Prior experience in an automotive service environment preferred Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting Dependable, adaptable, and willing to take initiative Leadership experience is a plus, but not required
