  • The Retail Supervisor is responsible for leading daily retail operations, driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional guest service, and supervising retail team members during event and non-event days.
This role serves as a key member of the retail leadership team, overseeing staff execution, operational compliance, inventory control, and customer experience across assigned retail locations. The Retail Supervisor supports business objectives by coaching team members, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring a safe, organized, and guest-focused environment.

  • Team Leadership & Staff Development
  • Supervise Retail Leads and Retail Associates during scheduled shifts.
  • Coach, train, and develop team members on sales techniques, guest engagement, and operational procedures.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide real-time feedback.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new hires.
  • Support scheduling, attendance tracking, and workforce planning.
  • Sales & Guest Experience
  • Drive sales initiatives and achieve revenue goals.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered.
  • Resolve guest concerns and escalated issues professionally.
  • Promote merchandise, special events, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor sales trends and communicate opportunities to management.

  • Ensure opening, operating, and closing procedures are executed correctly.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
  • Support inventory management, restocking, and merchandise replenishment.
  • Conduct routine audits of product placement and inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, cashless transaction procedures, and operational standards.

  • Enforce safety, security, and loss prevention standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and venue regulations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment.
  • Complete required reporting and documentation accurately and timely.
  • Qualifications
  • Required
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Experience managing and coaching employees.
  • Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Preferred
  • Sports, entertainment, stadium, convention center, or high-volume retail experience.
  • Experience with POS systems and retail inventory management.
  • Bilingual communication skills.
