Job Description

Poste Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a Client Care Services Manager in Irving, Texas. This exceptional leader will champion the client's voice within our repair center, acting as the primary advocate for retail-centric care services. Additionally, you will lead and empower our Direct-to-Client Teams, who are dedicated to digitally resolving client service inquiries and delivering proactive follow-up Missions Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop action plans with retail interlocutors to enhance client satisfaction on our Care Services offer with critical and strategic lead on projects relating to store operations, learning, events and performance at a store & regional level. Cultivate a integrated approach to service by participating in frequent visits to retail locations. Assist with developing and mentoring the Store Support Coordinator team that provides support, expertise, and resolutions to stores, along with aligning the support with the Direct to Client team that is directly answering clients' service inquiries and follow up. Leverage your expertise in client experience, quality assessment, repairs feasibility & pricing, craftsmanship, and custom requests to deliver creative solutions for raised cases. Cultivate a work environment that prioritizes quality through clear communication, decisive action, and accountability. Foster strong partnerships across different locations, ensuring alignment and seamless collaboration among interdependent teams to collectively strive for service excellence. Encouraging and motivating the team to consistently deliver exceptional service by creating a positive work environment, empowering them, and fostering innovative solutions. Strategically work on ad hoc projects related to our ongoing business needs and develop effective relationships and partnerships within the matrix organization, including Corporate, Retail, Quality and Care Services counterparts in France and other Regions; globally benchmark other repair centers to resolve the best process for the organization. Profil The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of validated experience in a retail luxury environment , coupled with proven leadership abilities to inspire and manage diverse teams . A strong emphasis will be placed on achieving results, fostering employee engagement, strategic decision-making, and cultivating collaborative partnerships. You should be a highly self-motivated, organized, and analytical professional with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Advanced presentation and facilitation skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. The appointed candidate will be offered a base salary within the range of USD $100,000 - $115,000, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.
