Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Pricebook Manager / HR Assistant to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for maintaining accurate product pricing and vendor records while also supporting day-to-day human resources functions. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Responsibilities Pricebook Management Maintain and update product pricing, cost changes, and vendor information in the company system Ensure price accuracy, margin targets, and promotional pricing updates Coordinate with vendors regarding pricing discrepancies and cost adjustments Generate pricing and margin reports for management review Monitor inventory data and assist with product setup and SKU management Conduct regular audits to ensure pricing compliance and data accuracy HR Assistant Duties Assist with onboarding new hires Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee time records Coordinate employee benefits enrollment and respond to HR-related inquiries Assist with training coordination and employee engagement initiatives Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment regulations Preferred Skills Experience with inventory or retail management systems Knowledge of employment law basics Experience in multi-location retail or convenience store operations Expected hours: 40.0 per week
