This role focuses on workforce planning, employee development, operational efficiency, and maintaining a safe and productive workplace. Key Responsibilities Monitor daily shop operations and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. Assign and allocate personnel based on workload, priorities, and operational demands. Coordinate workflow to ensure projects and tasks are completed on time and to quality standards. Train, coach, and develop new hires while continually building the skills and capabilities of the team. Provide clear daily direction, expectations, and communication to employees regarding assignments and priorities. Motivate team members and foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture. Monitor employee performance and provide ongoing feedback and support. Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Promote accountability, safety, and adherence to company policies and procedures. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and support a fast-paced, fluid operation. Collaborate with leadership and other departments to ensure operational goals are achieved. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous supervisory, lead, or shop experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Commitment to employee development and team success. Proficiency with basic computer applications and reporting tools.
