Bilingual Powersports Sales Manager - Houston Motorsports Pasadena Pasadena, Texas $100,000 - $200,000+ Per Year Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance Available Up To $10,000 Join One of Texas' Largest Volume Powersports Dealership Groups Houston Motorsports is aggressively growing and looking for a high-energy, bilingual Sales Manager to lead our Pasadena showroom to the next level. We are looking for a proven leader who can: Drive unit sales Maximize gross profit Lead and motivate a sales team Deliver an elite customer experience Build strong CRM accountability Close deals at a high level This is NOT an entry-level position. We want closers, leaders, and performers. What You'll Do Lead a High-Performance Sales Team Manage and coach Ride Specialists / Sales Associates Drive monthly sales goals and dealership growth Build a winning, competitive sales culture Conduct daily sales meetings and accountability reviews Drive Sales & Gross Profit Structure profitable deals Maintain pricing and margin integrity Help close deals and overcome objections Maximize finance and warranty penetration CRM & Lead Management Ensure immediate lead response Hold team accountable for follow-up and appointments Improve show rates and closing percentages Manage pipeline performance through

Deliver an Elite Customer Experience Create a high-energy buying experience Ensure transparency, speed, and professionalism Build long-term customer relationships and repeat business Inventory & Showroom Operations Keep showroom and inventory sales-ready Work with leadership on inventory turn and merchandising strategy Qualifications Required Bilingual Spanish / English 2+ years in: Powersports sales Automotive sales High-volume retail sales Proven ability to: Close deals Manage gross profit Hit aggressive sales goals Preferred Previous Sales Manager experienceDP360 CRM
