This role is perfect for someone with a passion for vehicle maintenance and customer service, eager to assist in overseeing daily operations, ensure quality service, and foster a positive team environment. As an integral part of our team, you will drive operational excellence, uphold safety standards, and deliver exceptional automotive care to our valued customers. Your energetic leadership will help us maintain high standards of efficiency and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced automotive service setting. Responsibilities Assist shop manager in supervision of daily shop operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes and tire services Assist in training and guiding a team of technicians Computer literate - able to navigate basic software, POS systems and inventory tools Maintain shop cleanliness, workflow and efficiency Place weekly oil and supply orders Support daily decision-making and problem-solving Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience 3 - 5 years of experience working in an automotive lube shop or similar environment Experience in performing automotive fluid replacements and general vehicle maintenance tasks Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients Prior experience supervising or managing a team within an automotive or similar fast-paced environment is preferred DOT Inspection License is a plus Join us to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-tier automotive care!
