Job Description

What to Expect in the
Role:
Responsible for developing an approved yearly budget of expenses and income with department managers. Assist and provide the direction and support to achieve budget goals. Work closely with all department managers to achieve maximum sales and customer satisfaction within their department. Responsible for working closely with all manufacturers and suppliers to meet and comply with all contracts and agreements and the marketing and sales programs as needed or required. Responsible for the hiring, the dismissals, training, development, and performance evaluations of all employees working closely with department managers in evaluating and improving employee performance. Maintain contact with customers to improve communications in what is needed for improvements in customer service and that all customer issues and concerns are handled positively. Closely monitor inventory stocking levels taking advantage of buying programs to increase profitability as well as controlling shrinkage and inventory expenses. Work closely with accounting staff in accounts payable processing as well as direct involvement in all accounts receivable and credit issues and needs. Ensure compliance with all company business policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
What We Will Be Needing From You:
Knowledge of agriculture, especially farming and ranching. Inventory Management. Motivate people. Sales ability. Prior dealership management experience preferred.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business management or agriculture field.
