Competitive pay, depending on experience Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead to oversee daily operations, support team performance, and ensure operational goals are achieved. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can coach employees, drive productivity, and promote a positive work environment. Responsibilities Lead and support team members during daily operations. Monitor productivity, quality, and attendance. Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback. Address employee concerns and escalate issues as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures. Collaborate with management to meet operational goals. Identify and implement process improvements. Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented. Flexible to work 1st or 2nd shift as business needs require.
