```Overview``` We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in all aspects of store operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about retail sales and has strong leadership skills. Work hours are 9:30-6pm Monday through Saturday. The store is closed on Sunday and you will receive one day off during the week. ```Responsibilities```- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the store runs smoothly
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Train and mentor sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
- Manage inventory levels and ensure products are properly displayed and priced
- Manage warehouse staff
- Meet personal monthly sales goals while ensuring the store meets monthly sales goals.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement effective marketing strategies ```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably as an assistant manager or similar role
- Excellent team management and leadership abilities
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Ability to negotiate effectively with customers
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of store management best practices
