Responsibilities will include:
Creating and maintaining a positive work environment Ensuring consistent delivery of quality food and great service Monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures Coaching and training crew members Maintaining proper staffing levels P&L Implementation - Managing controllable expenses and food, labor, and paper costs Working closely with Operations to ensure company required standard procedures and guidelines are being followed Sales growth
Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment:
Supervision and Leadership Recruiting, Interviewing and Selection Training and development practices Planning and budgeting P&L analysis and corrective measures Federal, state and local employment laws Local Store Marketing and development of sales opportunities
Education and Experience:
3 - 4 years of experience in the quick service restaurant industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Duties, responsibilities and/or activities may change at anytime, with or without notice.
