MIT Position Summary:

Our MITs train to be directly responsible for the overall direction, motivation, coordination and performance of a store. A successful MIT will learn and demonstrate the proper execution of outlined sales and marketing activities, account management initiatives, and shop operations at the store level while delegating certain responsibilities to their respective team members. MITs are expected to come in and learn the business, gain proficiency, and perform to win every day! The MIT position is a full-time opportunity offering a family atmosphere, great pay as well as future growth potential. THIS POSITION IS A FAST-TRACK POSITION TO GENERAL MANAGER, BUT STARTS OFF AS HOURLY AND WILL CONVERT TO SALARY UPON ADVANCEMENT.
