Assist management in ensuring the store has sufficient cash and change for sales transactions.
Make daily bank deposits following established guidelines. Check shipments for discrepancies or shortages and record any discrepancies in the POS system. Report any discrepancies to the Store Manager / Store Manager 2/AssistantStore Manager as needed. Process defectives/recalls, and stock pulls accurately and promptly, ensuring that all boxes are properly labeled and include packing lists. Visually inspect associates' and leaders' packages and/or belongings at store closing or at the end of a shift. Supervise and delegate tasks to Sales Associates in the absence of management. Consistently adhere to GameStop policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, all policies and procedures in the Associate Handbook and the Code of Standards, Ethics & Conduct. Follow all opening and closing procedures. Observe associate performanceand providetimelyandappropriate feedbackto the store management.
