Assistant Store Manager The Market Aledo | 32-40 Hours Per Week Do you love fashion, merchandising, customer experience, and being part of a fast-paced, creative environment? The Market Aledo is looking for an energetic, dependable Assistant Store Manager to join our growing team! The Market is a unique multi-vendor retail experience featuring women's fashion, gifts, home décor, accessories, beauty, and more — all under one roof. We are passionate about creating beautiful spaces, supporting small businesses, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What We're Looking For:

Retail management or leadership experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy retail environment Merchandising and social media experience is a plus Weekend availability required (minimum one weekend per month)

Responsibilities Include:

Assisting with daily store operations Leading and supporting the sales team Merchandising and maintaining beautiful displays Helping create an elevated customer experience Supporting inventory, vendors, and store events Opening and closing responsibilities
