About Peach & Bee Produce Peach & Bee is a seasonal produce stand and honey company serving Utah communities. We partner with local farmers to bring incredible peaches, sweet corn, melons, tomatoes, honey, jams, salsa, baked goods, and other farm-fresh products closer to our customers. We believe buying local should feel personal, welcoming, and fun. Our goal is to create a wholesome, high-quality experience where customers feel cared for and excited to return again and again. We currently operate produce stands in Herriman and Eagle Mountain during the summer season. Typical shifts are approximately 9:00 AM-3:00 PM or 3:00 PM-7:00 PM, Monday-Saturday. Fridays and Saturdays are required!

Position:

Produce Stand Worker / Stand Lead Working as part of the Peach & Bee team, you will help create an exceptional customer experience while helping operate a busy outdoor farm stand. This role includes LOTS of details to manage! You will be helping customers, stocking and rotating produce, maintaining beautiful displays, receiving deliveries, using a handheld register and cash box, and helping create a clean, welcoming, organized stand environment. This is a position for someone who enjoys staying active, notices what needs to be done, and takes pride in doing quality work.

Responsibilities Include:

Providing an exceptional, 5-star customer experience Greeting customers warmly and helping them find what they need Pick up produce and supplies and drive them to and from the stand daily Creating and maintaining beautiful produce displays Receiving and stocking produce and product deliveries Operating a handheld register and cash box accurately Counting back change and handling money responsibly Maintaining a clean, organized, welcoming stand Looking for needs and taking initiative without being asked Working independently when needed while staying connected with the team

Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills Ability to communicate warmly and professionally with customers and coworkers Ability to lift 30+ pounds Comfortable standing and staying active during shifts Ability to quickly respond to texts/calls from managers during workdays Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Retail, customer service, or food experience is helpful, but not required Adult applicants are strongly preferred , as many shifts require working independently, making judgment calls on produce quality, ripeness, pricing exceptions, and customer situations. Pay:

$13-16/hour + tips (tips often add approximately $1-5/hour depending on the day and location). Pay is based on experience, reliability, and availability. We open June 12 and close approximately Oct 1.
