We have 6 restaurants in Utah. What You'd Be Doing Waffle Love is looking for a hardworking, customer-focused individual to be the

ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

at our Waffle Love - Midvale location, under the direction of the

STORE & AREA MANAGERS.

We'll have you work closely every day with your designated Area Manager who will provide paid training as you learn our processes for cooking, prepping, & serving waffle dishes perfectly, as well as learning how to manage the restaurant as a whole. You'll be trained on how to schedule our awesome staff. We'll be looking for those who can be or are willing to learn how to be fast and efficient and multitask. We are looking for someone who's available weekdays & weekends and who would be to work 40 hours per week. Pay Schedule $14-$18/hr base pay + tips + performance bonuses . Typical earnings for this position are approximately $21-27+/hr including tips and bonuses. Actual earnings vary based on hours worked, sales, tips, and eligibility for bonuses. Basic Duties Helping to manage the operation of a single store, including interviewing, hiring, and training new crew members Maintain a clean & organized store suitable for passing all inspections Will be responsible for employee scheduling Manage inventory needs for your individual location Must have weekday morning availability Work weekends as needed Lead the restaurant by example with adherence to cleanliness & safety procedures, standards of Waffle Love attitude, and quality waffle making skills Must be able to work 30+ hours of in-store shifts + 1 office shift per week (totaling 40+ hours a week) Must have a great attitude and cultivate a great atmosphere for customers and staff Must be able to lead & coach a team Experience in the kitchen is definitely recommended but we'd also be open to considering those who are willing to learn.
