Supervisor in Training Uptown Cheapskate Do you love fashion, enjoy working with people, and have a passion for leadership? Uptown Cheapskate is looking for a motivated, dependable, and enthusiastic Supervisor in Training to join our team! At Uptown Cheapskate, we buy and sell gently used clothing, shoes, and accessories, making fashion affordable while promoting sustainability. We're looking for someone who is ready to grow their leadership skills and help create an amazing experience for our customers and team members. Responsibilities Help lead, motivate, and support team members. Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience. Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Help maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising. Assist with buying and evaluating gently used clothing and accessories. Support sales goals, store performance, and team development. Learn leadership, inventory management, and supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications Customer Service Skills #1!!! Strong communication and customer service skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Leadership experience is a plus, but a willingness to grow is essential.
