Shifts:
4 days per week, 10-hour shifts (8:00am - 6:00pm) Must be available Saturdays or Sundays (sometimes both) Holiday periods required (Dec 23rd - Jan 2nd, Jan 17th-19th, and Feb 14th-16th)

Non-Exempt/Hourly Summary:
The Mountain Outfitters Supervisor supports the Mountain Outfitter Manager in overseeing rental, retail, and repair operations at Sundance Mountain Outfitters. This role leads a team, ensures accurate rental documentation, delivers high-level guest service, and maintains smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and support a team of up to 15 staff members. Ensure accurate rental fittings, binding settings, liability forms, and repair services. Maintain POS accuracy, cash handling, and troubleshoot system issues. Schedule staff, manage labor costs, and uphold service standards.
Support retail operations:
stocking, merchandising, inventory, and product knowledge. Perform and train others in tuning, waxing, and repair services. Partner with other resort departments to deliver seamless guest experiences. Promote sustainability and the Sundance brand story.
Qualifications:
High school diploma; 3+ years rental experience and 2+ years as Ski/Snowboard Technician. Binding manufacturer certifications (can be obtained during training). Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to lift 25-50 lbs. and work on feet for long shifts in winter conditions. Must be 18+ years old.
