This role is essential for ensuring the safe and smooth closing of the facility at the end of each day. The ideal candidate will be attentive to detail, capable of managing closing procedures efficiently, and committed to maintaining a secure environment for children and staff. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a positive and organized daycare environment while working flexible hours. Responsibilities Safely and securely close the daycare center at the end of the day, ensuring all areas are properly secured. Conduct final walkthroughs to verify that all children have been picked up and that the facility is in order. Complete closing checklists, including turning off equipment, locking doors, and setting alarms. Monitor the premises for any safety concerns or maintenance issues that need attention before leaving. Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas during closing procedures. Communicate effectively with staff members regarding any incidents or important updates during shift changeover. Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure environment for children and staff members. Experience Prior experience in childcare, daycare operations, or similar roles is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during closing procedures. Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with a commitment to safety and security standards. Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members during shift transitions. This role is ideal for individuals seeking part-time employment with a focus on safety, responsibility, and contributing positively to a childcare environment.
Pay:
