As General Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and daily direction for sales and coaching teams in our facility. The General Manager is responsible for
DRIVING MEMBERSHIP
SALES, overseeing day-to-day activities, leading staff, coordinating personal training & team training sales, promoting member retention, and providing conflict resolution as needed. The GM will ensure efficient and effective performance to reach financial objectives, foster our core values, establish community relationships to promote the brand, and drive local market awareness and engagement activities. The GM's main responsibility is to create a hogh-performance environment that motivates and inspires all to be their best and achieve their goals. Roles and Responsibilities
RETAIL SALES
Own, train and manage the sales process Sales Leader - takes most clients, leads in sales Customer service and conflict resolution
LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT
Attract, hire and retain Team members. Motivate, train and evaluate the team. Foster an authentic, open, transparent culture where feedback is welcome. Communication is key. Develop a consistent cadence for meetings (team and individual) with clear agendas and goals. Ability to delegate and empower
OPERATIONS
Ensure the facility meets standards for opening/closing, cleanliness, safety and security. Delegate lists to the team. Serve as keypoint of contact for maintenance servicing/needs. Maintain a high level of understanding/competence on: CRM, MINDBODY, & any other D1 systems Responsible for organic lead generation and management Oversee paid lead generation relationship and tracking Develop community partnerships (schools, clubs, businesses, influencers, charities, organizations) Plan and execute successful off-site events (fairs, events, games)

QUALIFICATIONS
  • The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years' experience in the fitness industry.
  • 2 years of supervising others in a retail or fitness environment
SALES EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!
