PAY & POSITIONS AVAILABLE

Crew Members & Shift Leaders Total Compensation:

Earn up to $16.00/hour (Base Pay + Tips)

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Availability:

Daytime and weekend availability is required (opening and mid shifts).

Age Requirement:

Must be 18+ years old (Federal requirement to operate food slicing equipment) .

Crew Members:

High-energy team players with strong customer service and communication skills.

Shift Leaders:

6+ months of supervisor, shift lead, or keyholder experience preferred (restaurant or retail) .

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Deliver Exceptional Service:

Provide top-tier guest experiences and handle rushes with speed and precision.

Maintain High Standards:

Prepare fresh food daily, maintain clean store operations, and strictly follow food safety guidelines. Run the Floor (Shift Leaders): Direct daily shifts, assign tasks, coach crew members, manage cash controls, and drive shift performance.
