Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
• Train and develop store staff to provide excellent customer service and meet performance goals
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability
• Conduct regular store audits to ensure adherence to operational standards
• Manage store budgets and expenses effectively
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a retail environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
