Our centers are some of the highest revenue service centers operating in Central VA. We are lookign to two experienced, seasoned service professionals to join our team -- the opportunity is immediate Duties Lead and supervise the retail team, including training, coaching, and evaluating staff to ensure ongoing and consistent traffic growth, revenue growth and a total focus on client experience management in all areas Manage store operations including service writing, client interactions, opening and closing procedures, POS system management and oversight, and daily financial reconciliation Oversee parts and inventory management, daily reconcilaition of jobber and dealership invoices and complete repair order accountabilty Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards Conduct employee orientation sessions, ongoing training & development programs, and performance reviews to foster a skilled and motivated team Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a welcoming shopping experience for all visitors Monitor operational metrics such as sales figures, inventory levels, payroll budgets, and store safety compliance to ensure smooth functioning Requirements Proven management experience within the retail industry, preferably in store or sales team management roles with supervisory responsibilities Strong knowledge of retail math including pricing, sales management, budgeting, and inventory control Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable for diverse customer engagement Demonstrated skills in negotiation, recruiting, employee orientation, interviewing techniques, and training & development Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling procedures, bookkeeping practices, and payroll management software Experience with wireless sales or grocery store operations is a plus; familiarity with operational management tools is essential Ability to lead a team effectively through supervision of shift management activities while maintaining organizational skills and time management expertise Basic math skills necessary for daily financial tasks; strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently Knowledge of merchandising strategies including stocking practices and promotional displays; understanding of retail industry standards is preferred Join us as a Store Service Manager to energize your career in retail leadership!
