Looking to make a difference every day? ReSOURCE is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to help lead our reuse store in Morrisville, Vermont. As an innovative nonprofit focused on waste reduction, workforce development, and poverty relief, ReSOURCE creates positive environmental and community impact through the reuse of donated goods. What the Retail Assistant Store Manager Does This is more than a retail management role—it's an opportunity to create positive environmental and community impact every day. As a Retail Assistant Store Manager, you'll help lead a store that keeps thousands of reusable items out of landfills while making quality goods affordable and accessible to our community. You'll play a key role in advancing ReSOURCE's mission of sustainability, reuse, and opportunity. The successful candidate is a self-motivated, dependable leader who can work independently while effectively supervising and developing a team. They communicate clearly and professionally with customers, donors, and staff, are comfortable training employees on point-of-sale and cash-handling procedures, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. They are organized, adaptable, and able to balance daily operations with strategic planning and problem-solving. Candidates must be able to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds, occasionally move up to 100 pounds with appropriate equipment, maintain reliable attendance, and be available to work Saturdays. Work Schedule & Environment Hours:
40 hours per week, and occasionally more as needed, Saturdays required.
Store Hours:
Monday through Saturday, 9am to 5pm

Morrisville, no remote/hybrid options
Compensation:
$20 per hour
Pay:
$20.00 - $21.00 per hour
