May have primary responsibility for hiring and training retail sales staff. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

Entry-Level Assistant Manager:
Partner with senior leaders and peers to support customer acquisition efforts and consistently meet or exceed sales goals. Engage directly with customers to provide tailored solutions and deliver a positive, memorable experience. Learn from experienced leaders to strengthen sales techniques and elevate service standards. Stay informed on client offerings, promotions, and market trends to provide accurate and strategic recommendations. Participate in ongoing Entry-Level Assistant Manager training focused on consultative selling, leadership development, and relationship management. Assist in improving internal processes to drive operational efficiency and stronger team performance. Preferred Qualifications for theEntry-Level Assistant Manager:
Background in sales, customer service, team leadership, or related experience is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Flexible problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to shifting priorities. Comfortable in a performance-driven environment with incentive opportunities.
