Temporary Site Support / Assistant Property Manager (Multiple Locations Kitsap Area)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Site Support team member to assist with daily operations, customer service, and coverage across multiple self-storage locations in the Kitsap area (Poulsbo, Bainbridge, and Port Orchard). This role is ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily site operations and customer service Support rentals, move-ins, and general tenant needs Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and curb appeal Perform basic site checks, lock audits, and walkthroughs Support lead follow-up and customer communication Provide coverage across multiple nearby locations as needed Assist with seasonal events and community engagement activities

Requirements:

Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable learning new systems and technology Ability to work independently after training Flexible schedule (occasional travel between nearby sites) Valid driver's license preferred Preferred (Not Required): Customer service or retail experience Property management or facilities experience Familiarity with SiteLink, CallPotential, or similar systems
