Music & Arts seeks a Music Store Manager to lead daily retail operations, drive sales, and champion music education. You will oversee staff, scheduling, merchandising, inventory, and cash control while ensuring an exceptional customer experience for students, parents, and educators. Partner with school service reps to support rentals, lessons, and repair services. Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team in a collaborative, performance-oriented culture. Analyze sales reports, set goals, and execute local marketing and community outreach to grow lessons and retail revenue while upholding company policies and standards.
